Information provided by the Services is intended for lawful use in Taiwan. If you use the Services from another region, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

2. Intellectual property

Our intellectual property

All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photos, and images associated with the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property rights.

Your use of the Services

Provided you comply with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services.

5. Purchases and payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and LINE Pay (via third-party processors). You agree to provide accurate and complete account and payment information for any purchases made through the Services.

6. Subscriptions

Billing and renewal: Your subscription is processed by the third-party platform Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime by signing in to your GlowMoment account, going to the Billing page, and clicking "Cancel subscription" — or by using the subscription management link Lemon Squeezy provides. If you have any issues, contact us and we'll help.

About Lemon Squeezy: All subscription payments, invoices, renewals, and cancellations are securely handled by Lemon Squeezy. GlowMoment does not store your full credit card information. You can review your payment history and cancel from the Lemon Squeezy subscription management page.
