GlowMoment is an independently operated service run by an individual ("we", "us", "our").

We operate the website and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

Information provided by the Services is intended for lawful use in Taiwan. If you use the Services from another region, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Our intellectual property

All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photos, and images associated with the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property rights.

Your use of the Services

Provided you comply with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and LINE Pay (via third-party processors). You agree to provide accurate and complete account and payment information for any purchases made through the Services.

Billing and renewal: Your subscription is processed by the third-party platform PAYUNi. With auto-renew, PAYUNi charges your card on the agreed dates unless you cancel; one-time payments are never charged again automatically. All subscriptions are billed in advance.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime by signing in to your GlowMoment account, going to the Subscription page, and clicking "Cancel auto-renew". No further charges will be made, and the period you already paid for stays active until it expires. If you have any issues, contact us and we'll help.

About PAYUNi: All subscription payments and automatic charges are securely handled by PAYUNi. GlowMoment does not store your full credit card information. You can review your payment history and cancel auto-renew from the Subscription page in GlowMoment.
